Refund policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their experience. If you wish to return a product, here's how to proceed:
1️⃣ Steps to follow

(Subject: Return request)
In the message, include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The product concerned
- The reason for the return (e.g., damaged product, non-compliant product, change of mind, etc.)
Once we receive your email, we will review your request and send you a personalized proposal (exchange, credit note, or other solution).
If you are not satisfied with this proposal, you will receive a full refund.
2️⃣ Example of a message to send
Subject: Return request – Order #12345
Hello,
I would like to return my order #12345.
Product: Talking Flashcards (blue version)
Reason: The product is not working properly.
I would prefer: an exchange / a refund (choose one).

3️⃣ Returning the product
You must then return the product to the following address:

4️⃣ Processing times
Your request is usually processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once approved, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
💬 Bank processing times
Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
