When will my order ship?
Our products typically ship within 1-4 days after you place your order.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with all the details.
Can I cancel my order?
No, we will ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can return them to us, and we will issue a FULL refund.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We prioritize our customers' experience. If you encounter any issues with our products, we are happy to offer a full refund:
Step 1: Email us with your order number and name.
- Use the subject line "Refund Request."
- List your product and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our return address.
Step 3: Ship the item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.
Step 4: If everything is in order, we will issue a full refund plus an additional $5 as a token of apology. You will receive an email with all the refund details, and the money will be deposited back into your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from any country, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Are there any additional fees I have to pay?
No, we do not charge handling or processing fees.
My order won't go through, what do I do?
