A: Yes, there are 5 volume levels. By default, the sound is moderate (child safety). You can increase it in 2 clicks. No hidden settings.

A: Yes. Rechargeable battery (USB-C, cable included), 2–4 hours of battery life depending on usage.
Q3 - It won't turn on/no longer reads cards: what should I do?
- Charge for 60 minutes,
- reset with the button for 10 seconds,
- insert a card flat.
If the problem persists, exchange for a new one (free of charge).
Q4 - Are the cards sturdy? Do they bend?
A: Thick, laminated cards with rounded corners.
Q5 - Are there any inappropriate words (“wine,” etc.)?
A: No. Our selection has been curated for early childhood (0 inappropriate content). If you find a questionable card, we will exchange it for an equivalent educational card.
